Beautiful 2 bedroom unit located in the heart of Surfers Paradise. Take a leisurely 300m stroll to Surfers Paradise beach as well as dining, shopping and other activities for all age’s within short walking distance.

eleven@paradise is located in a private residential building with recently renovated communal areas for you to enjoy. You are invited to utilise the guest facilities including Pool, Spa and BBQ area.

eleven@paradise provides everything you need to make a memorable and care free time away with a well equipped kitchen supplying just the right products to get you started, coles is also conveniently located only 300m down the road.
Featuring two bedrooms, the main bedroom has a king size bed with TV (DVD player only), while bedroom two has a comfortable double size bed with an outlook down towards Surfers Paradise beach,
Porta cot and high chair provided in the unit for the little ones too!
We conveniently supply shampoo, conditioner and body soap for your use if you wish with bath towels, beach towels, linen for the beds even a picnic blanket all provided.
eleven@paradise is equipped with laundry facilities, including a washing machine and dryer for your convenience with washing powder provided.
In the main living area, a split system air con and smart TV is available with Wi-Fi accessible throughout the unit.

Excellent stay at 11 Raffles Royale

An excellent property, delightfully appointed with all the necessary comforts one would expect. It is conveniently situated with access to all the play-grounds from Brisbane South. Though slightly disabled, I found the flight of 15 stairs, with rails on both sides, no real challenge. I certainly would stay there again if the opportunity presented itself. The outlook will be improved once the land next door has been developed. All in all, a very positive experience.

Great place and great location

Great place to stay. Close to the beach and easy walk to everything. The place has an amazing pool and the whole complex is clean and tidy. The lady who looks after the the complex was really helpful with any questions we had. Will definitely be staying again.
