Check in process was very easy.
1st night we noticed that all the A/C filters were very dirty, main TV not working, all the gutters are rusted out so the water from the heavy rain kept us awake as it was pouring onto the pump shed and pathway. Lots of water damage to the ceilings due to the state of the gutters. 2nd night ceiling fan fell out of the ceiling at 630am luckily my son was not hurt.
Toilet door got stuck and had to call the maintenance man the next morning to come and fix as we could not get in to use the toilet.
Contacted agent about the cleaning issues and fan and was ask if we want the cleaner to come back to fix the cleaning issues, was also told to contact the maintenance man myself, if I wanted the fan fixed.
No apologies from the agent for both issues,
The agent shouldn’t be asking if we want the cleaning issues fixed they should just be fixed as the cleaning company is obviously not to standards.
Vacuum cleaner not working, broom was small and dirty, unfortunately did not vacuum when we left the property, tried to do the right thing but a lack of working appliances prevented that from happening.
House is in a great location nice big open space to enjoy, the deck was clearly our favourite, we spent a lot of time on the deck when it wasn’t raining. Overall house was good but let down by poor customer service from the agent.
Would I book through Stayz again! Absolutely however would be very hesitant in booking a property that this particular agent is looking after.
We paid for a service which did not live up to expectations.
