"We were given a room on the top floor with a balcony and a great view of the city. The staff are exceptionally helpful and speak very good English, especially Mia. Breakfast was a nice selection, with some menu items available to order. It's centrally located, making it very easy to explore and enjoy the city on foot. The shower had good heat and pressure and the A.C. worked great. "

The room were +++ clean and the breakfast was +++ tasty and plentlyful. Very central location to the whole of the french region in Hanoi, would totally recommend staying there again. "
