From the lovely, efficient, professional reception ladies, to the grounds keeping, the maid service, and the restaurant, the staff is available 24 × 7 to take care of all your needs. The rooms are immaculately clean and our view of the rice fields was awesome. The Legacy provides 5 star service but if I could rate it 100 stars, I would. This is the finest of the finest resorts."

"Needing to relax and be refreshed, we stayed at Koi Resort for 21 nights! The beauty and tranquillity were just what we needed. The breakfasts are great! Also appreciated were the good shopping advice and transportation between Koi Retreat and Hoi An Old Town (5 Km one way). Don’t bother with the free kayaks - the small space to use these is laughable. We had some problems with housekeeping but these were resolved when we spoke to Tracy. Highly recommended!"

"I stayed at the Almanity for four days. I can't think of any negatives with the hotel, except that the spa services are relatively expensive, which I'm sure is the case with most resorts vs independent spas. The location was very good, about a 12 minute walk to Old Town. The room was very spacious, with a comfortable bed and very good AC. Breakfast was great, with a lot of variety of Asian and Western options, as well as variety from day to day in the Asian options. The pool area is fantastic, with lots of lounge chairs. I will definitely stay at the Almanity again when I return to Hoi An."
