"Convenient location, lots of services"
A lovely little hotel in walking distance of the old town. It had many services one usually finds only in large hotels, like a swimming pool, spa( good massage!), exercise room etc.

"The beach"
This was a beautiful location and a very nice hotel. The beach was so lovely and relaxing. The staff here did all they could to care for us and make our stay comfortable. Is there anything more relaxing than a couple of glasses of wine (during the 2 for1 happy hour) while listening to the crashing waves? The food was very good. The service was beyond compare. It was hard to leave!

"Nice 4 Stars Hotel in Reasonable Price"
Stayed in this so called 5 stars Vietnam local branded resort last weekend. Honestly, I will say this is a 4 stars resort for a reasonable price. We stayed in a Deluxe Room with Ocean View. The room was ok. Please be expected the noise from the crazy wave outside. This resort located next to a coast but NOT a beach. Not sure it's only for this season or it's always so windy and wavy. You may see the pictures that I took to know how bad it was. The room we stayed came with a bathtub. But the curtain could only cover part of the tub. So when we took shower, lot of water splashed out to the ground. And there is no any drain hole on the toilet. It was a disaster after the shower that I needed to use few towels to bring the water back to the bathtub. The staffs are friendly. The breakfast was outstanding. There are 2 big swimming pools with many benches for suntan. Please be reminded that the so called "beach" is NOT a real beach. There are only sand on a pier like ground. Strong wave keeps hitting the pier. You will understand what do I mean from the pictures I took. By the way, if you want to have a holiday with privacy. Do NOT waste your money on staying in any of their private villas. All of them are by the "beach" and people can see in or even walk into the villas.

Where to stay in Hoi An?

Hoi An is a Northeast Vietnam town rich in history and character. Once a major port, Hai An now boasts incredible architecture, a countryside begging for bike rides, and a renowned modern spa. Start your day by pampering yourself at the Palmarosa spa, where services include Swedish massages, facials, and body scrubs. Spend your afternoon on a tour of local architecture, including the Tran Family Chapel and Japanese Covered Bridge which dates back to the 1590’s. When hunger strikes, Hoi An serves up plenty of yummy street food and proper restaurants. Whether your holiday is for family, romance, or a solo adventure, Hoi An welcomes you.

Things to Do in Hoi An

Since you’re travelling to a UNESCO World Heritage Site city, check out some of the grounds that helped give this destination the historical recognition it deserves. Stroll through the Old Town section and marvel at buildings dating back centuries. Chinese merchants from Guangzhou, Hainan, and Chiu Chow influenced the majority of the architecture in this ancient city. Make sure to walk across the 16th-century “Japanese Bridge,” which is known to be the only covered bridge with a Buddhist temple built into one side. If you get hungry, stay in the Old Town and take a cooking class at Thuan Tinh Island. You’ll learn to whip up traditional dishes like banh xeo, bun bo nam bo, and pho bo, and your belly will thank you forever. After your energy is restored, check out one or many of the prominent museums that have sprouted up in the city. The Museum of History and Culture, Hoi An Folklore Museum, and Museum of Trade Ceramics showcase relics dating from Hoi An’s earliest days though the French colonial period. The most convenient way to cruise around the city is by bicycle, which allows you quick and easy access to all the attractions you’re dying to see.

    Weather in Hoi An

The weather in Hoi An changes drastically with the seasons. The calmest weather occurs during the months of May through June, when the wind blows in from the south and the seas are tranquil. These favourable conditions make this time of year the busiest season in terms of tourists. During the remainder of the year, the weather switches between intermittent cold and rainy and hot and mild. Day trips to the offshore islands during this period of time are heavily limited because of the rough conditions in the South China Sea.
