The property is well maintained and cleaned around the clock. Towels are changed daily. Rooms are cleaned twice a day. The tours can easily be arranged by the front desk. The food is excellent. Free breakfast was a great plus with a wide selection of meals. But the most outstanding thing about Saga Hotel is it's Staff. Everyone is kind, helpful, and would go above and beyond their roles. One night, we arrived late for dinner and the kitchen staff was gracious enough to cook for us. That was greatly appreciated. When my mom stayed behind in her room because she wasn't feeling well, your staff gave her tea and porridge and checked in on her. All these acts of kindness are seldom found in the service industry. We highly recommend The Saga Hotel Hoi An. We'll definitely stay again if we go back in Vietnam.
