Top of the line of the service. Khanh & Chau (owners) went all the way out of their limbs to make our stay so pleasant. Lam, the chef, treated us with the top cuisine skills. Their great efforts can only be found in a Five-Star resort. Definitely Pearl River hotel is highly recommended. We'll stay there every time we visit Hoi An. Excellent.

We stayed for 3 weeks , and our stay was perfect, the rooms are clean , the bedding is nice as well as the beds comfortable, the breakfast is excellent,when they had a the buffet, but they tried to serve us , the one downside there is only 1 person in the hotel that speaks English, so can be very frustrating when Jess is not around, the pool is always in the shade , it’s very nice but if you are trying to tan go to the beach , great stay ,

The staff are very friendly, especially the receptionist is very enthusiastic when we check in at hotel provides trams to take us to the ancient town of Hoi An, the hotel security staff is very fast nimble and enthusiastic service, recommend this hotel to everyone when coming to Hoi An
