The hotel rooms are absolutely beautiful and it's perfectly located to visit old town. The pool lounges look limited in the photo however I had no troubles finding somewhere to sit (I visited in September). I do not hesitate to recommend this hotel, it's even better in real life than online.

I didn't know what to expect when I booked as I usually stick to brands I know. This hotel is incredible, the service, the rooms, food and most special are all the staff. This hotel needs a 10 star option Very convenient location for all the shops and the lake with lantern boats all walking distance.

Conveniently located and with great amenities. Food and drinks were wonderful and well priced - something for everyone. Nancy and Sophie were both very welcoming and knowledgeable and provided fantastic service. Room was large with all the mod cons. Loved the swimming pool and location was hard to bet - close to old town but quiet. Would definitely recommend!

Super close to Hoi An old town, friendly staff and yum food in the restaurant. Pool is good for relaxing by with lounges and umbrellas but the water is quite warm. Room is very comfortable with personal control over the air conditioning (much needed).
