"The staff were fantastic, the little restaurants around the property were very friendly and good local food very good prices. We even used the laundry service next door they did a nice job. If you stay in the new building there is a field behind it with some noisy roosters and some sports going on. They were kind and moved us fortunately they had another room available. Nice beach, good breakfast buffet and free shuttle into Hoi An. Hubby forgot his swim trunks and the hotel sent them to us in Da Nang which was very good service 👌"

"We had a really lovely three night stay here. Our room was clean and comfortable. The location is really good, just a few minutes down to the beach but also in an area with nice cafes and restaurants. The hotel provides beach towels and loungers, as well as free bikes for hire which was really nice. Especially happy with the hospitality here, Ky the manager was super friendly and helped us book taxis and excursions. The lady receptionist was also very friendly. Overall a really nice stay, would recommend. "

"An absolutely incredible hotel nestled just off the beach, the Silk Sense resort is an ideal luxury resort just north of Hoi An. Featuring immaculate service where nothing is too much trouble, staff will make you feel incredibly welcomed and provide whatever is needed. We stayed in a River View Suite with a Private Pool, which was spread over two floors and featured a small plunge pool in the back garden to cool off in. Rooms are finished off very nicely with all necessary amenities. Our stay included breakfast which featured a vast, high quality selection. The hotel provided an hourly free shuttle to and from downtown Hoi An which made getting around incredible easy. The sheer number of free activities put on by the hotel meant you didn’t have to stray too far if you wanted to be entertained. The hotel also helped arrange paid for activities and access to nearby attractions, which was very helpful. The Silk Sense is very good value, with an exceptional nightly rate, amazing staff and service and fantastic amenities. Could not recommend highly enough."

"Kay’s cottage is absolutely amazing. My family and I had such an amazing time in Hoi An because of this amazing place. Kay’s cottage is located steps away from amazing food options: cafe/bakeries, restaurants, bars. There is an excellent tailor right around the block and plenty of marts for you to purchase water or any quick needs. Kay communicated with me frequently. Ms. De who lived right next door was one of our favorite people — super kind and helpful. My family and I flew into Danang at 3am and Kay made sure we had a hot meal waiting for us, a kind detail that my family and I were so thankful for, and one that Kay & Ms. De didn’t have to do at all. The actually cottage is spacious. My teenage daughters loved having their own bathroom and room. Kay provided a small mattress for my toddler to sleep on. We made good use of the verandah — it is where I enjoyed my morning tea. The cottage is walking distance from the beach, which my kids and I loved. We used the bikes provided by the cottage to get around town — there was a little seat for my toddler to sit on while the rest of us rode our bikes around. If you are considering Kay’s cottage, stop looking and book already! You won’t be disappointed by the excellent service and amazing space."
