"The owners (Yuen and Lim) are wonderful, they really went out of their way to ensure we had a good stay with them. The room was quite large and comfortable, breakfast was tasty and filling, we had pancakes made by Lim and the pool was great for a dip in the hot and humid weather. It was relaxing and stress free. It's a little gem hidden away from the hustle and bustle of Hoi An. I highly recommend staying there and great value."

"My friend and I booked another place but it was full so they put us up here. We worth both very happy with it. Nice pool, comfy beds, bathtub, friendly staff, and very clean. The only negative is the location. It's about a 25 minute walk to the old part of Hoi An. However, for the price we paid my friend and I were both quite happy with this place."

"My husband and I recently stayed at Grand Sunrise Palace Hoi An, and the experience was superb from start to finish. Luna checked us in with incredible patience and warmth, and she continued to take great care of us throughout our stay, always greeting us with a smile at breakfast and making sure we had everything we needed. The breakfast buffet was excellent, offering a wide range of options that catered to guests from all over the world also allowing us to explore Vietnamese cuisine. The entire staff was consistently warm and inviting, contributing to a welcoming, relaxed atmosphere. Our room was delightful, and we were pleasantly surprised to be upgraded to a round bed. It took a little time to get used to, but we eventually grew to appreciate it and found it comfortable and unique. Overall, a wonderful stay with attentive service and thoughtful touches. We highly recommend Grand Sunrise Palace Hoi An for couples and travelers seeking a relaxing, well-appointed retreat with genuinely caring staff."
