This resort is big but due to COVID, it is empty. As a result, lights and music in restaurants are turned off which makes it feel like a deserted movie set. Worse experience: lights in toilet by pool are turned off, so you need to prop the door open to see. Fumbling around the toilet for the flush handle was one of the grossest experience.

I tried my hardest to find any fault and there wasnt anything. I loved the place and would dearly love to go back. Also loved the band that played every night. The staff really are 1st class and so helpful.

A five star hotel with a family feel. Excellent children’s playroom. Fantastic staff. Lots of nice gestures: drink on arrival, fruit and chocolates topped up in the room.
