"I had a wonderful stay at Signature Hoi An. The room was spotless, and the staff were excellent—friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. My only suggestions relate to the bathroom area. The sink/vanity space could benefit from additional lighting and a hand towel bar for added convenience. The shower area would also be improved with a couple of extra shelves for personal toiletries. Overall, a very pleasant experience. Thank you!"
