The hotel is beautiful. Friendly staff, great furnishings and decor. It is brand new, so a few small details to work out. It is located across the street from the Ben Thanh. The good thing about this is that the shopping and deals are fantastic. Take an empty suitcase and buy your clothes here. The bad things are that the traffic is hectic, the smells are not good (trash dumped on the street) and you will be badgered non stop to buy things. So a bit of a minus to staying in this neighborhood.

The hotel is conveniently located with easy access to markets and restaurants. However, the surrounding area could be cleaner. Considering the price, the overall value did not quite meet expectations in terms of room size, service, and breakfast quality (which was not included in the rate). While the area is not particularly clean or upscale, the staff were exceptionally kind and accommodating. We appreciated that they later offered complimentary transportation to the airport and a thoughtful gift, which was a nice gesture to conclude our stay.

The room was spacious and clean and matched photos on the website exactly. As a vegetarian I have found the breakfast very good and filling (non-vegetarians shouldn't complain either with several meat-based dishes available). The staff was fantastic and extremely attentive, communicating via WhatsApp regarding arrival, early check-in and late check-out. Thank you Kelly for all your help - I really appreciate it. Overall, superb hotel in great location for exploring the city. I'll definitely be staying there next time I visit HCMC.

We had a lovely stay. Close and walking distance to markets, shops and local food. The hotel was clean and had everything you need for a short stay. Breakfast was accommodating to gluten free. Staff service was fantastic, going above and beyond. Especially Kati who helped us organising our stay and ensuring we got to the airport safely.

Absolutely loved this hotel. Super clean, breakfast was incredible and the staff were really kind and friendly (shoutout to Joy!). Amazing location. The hotel is still under construction though so you can’t access the spa or gym yet.
