"The location of this hotel is great, not as expensive as other hotels in the area. But the hotel rooms are dated, they’re smaller than they look in the pictures, there’s like a weird smell on the towels and bed sheets. Staff was somewhat helpful, it was just an okay stay."

"We were very early to check-in and just wanted to leave our bags we were offered an early check-in if we accepted an upgrade at a price, we were under no time pressure so declined to upgrade but we were then immediately checked in and given our rooms, I didn't like that as it suggested the hotel were trying to get more money out of us, a little thing but left us feeling a little uncomfortable. Other than that although the room was very small it was OK, nothing special but OK."

But best of all were the staff . I was greeted by a lovely smiling young lady who insisted I have a drink of iced water after my walk from the tube station which is the sort of service you don’t come across very often."
