I've stayed at 3 of the 4 citizenM properties in London now. This is on par with the Bankside location. Its location is very good for getting around as well as good distance from Liverpool station. The top level views are fantastic.

The property is very nice, clean, and covenient. We had an isue with the climate in our room and in the middle of the night they switched us to a new room. No muss, no fuss. They did not offer us anything besides a breakfast the next morning (and we already had plans) for the inconvenience. Other than that it was a really great room.

To be honest, everything about the place for the most part was lovely, I even had a few beers from the 24 hour bar after the rest of my cohort had gone to bed and the staff were fantastic. The only gripe that I have is around the design of the room itself, which was priced at somewhere near £170 for one night, which would be fine had the toilet not been stationed literally about 1 metre from the bed and with a 2 inch gap running below the door offering absolutely no privacy whatsoever. As you can imagine this was not conducive to a romantic night's stay. Que sera.

We absolutely loved our stay here .. we were welcomed and looked after so well, the room was quirky, fun and clever, with loads of storage space the bed was incredibly comfortable…can’t think of one negative at all … brilliant !
