We really enjoyed our stay here - comfy bed, Smart TV, a fully-kitted kitchen which had a sliding door to separate it from the bedroom was a great touch, heated towel rail in the bathroom, spacious room. We’d stay here again
Amazing place to stay. Cooking facilities in room and in the open kitchen on ground level. Staff friendly and hotel clean and quiet. I’ll be looking to stay here again for future business trips
Would stay here again next time I’m in London. Close to buses and trains and easy to navigate the city. Also the laundry service is great, the place is super modern and the staff is fab!
Modern and comfortable Aparthotel. We stayed in 4-bed apartment. Would recommend.
Downside - careful we self locking rooms within the apartment so you do not lock yourself out, maybe not suitable if have younger children.
The staff were all so lovely and welcoming! The room was the perfect size and well equipped. Bed was comfortable, shower was great and an overall great stay.
The only negative I have is there is a small section in the room which have sensors that can trigger an alarm which I think is a bit annoying. However, I would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay again!
The property itself was nice, just down the street from the train station. The 4 bedroom unit that we stayed in had a very strong sewer smell coming from one of the bathrooms in the bedroom which made the whole room smell terrible. The staff didn’t do anything to remedy the situation. For the amount of money paid, they really need to have that fixed. Otherwise, comfy beds and good enough for a couple nights.
Love the practical design of the room. Would be great if apartment provided more cleaning tools for each guest to clean and sanitise the room on our own. Laundry rooom was clean and easy to operate! Highly recommended
The hotel was great--the room was very clean and well designed, with pretty much every amenity we could wish for, and excellent air conditioning during a heat wave (windows couldn't be opened). Staff were friendly and helpful. Inside the room, it was quiet. The area was very lively and busy and it was often very crowded on Whitechapel Road, day and night, either when the market was going on, or at other times when people would often stand around in clumps blocking the sidewalk. I never really felt unsafe, but the crowds got me down as they made it difficult to get from A to B. But that's not the hotel's fault! On a positive note, it's very close to central London and convenient for the Tube and Heathrow, with the District, Hammersmith & City, and Elizabeth lines all going through Whitechapel. Next time I would stay in a less busy spot (I fly to London fairly regularly but this was my first time staying in Whitechapel). If this hotel was in a quieter area, I would stay again in a heartbeat. :)
We are a family of 6 adults and 1 child and we stayed in the 4 bedroom apartment and it was fantastic. 4 en suite bedrooms connected to a well equipped lounge/kitchen area. We were impressed by extra touches such as work out equipment and luggage scales available in the apartment. Great check in with beverages offered on arrival and you can borrow games and books from the reception library. They have a kitchen space downstairs near the lobby area that you can use if you don't want to cook directly in your apartment. Great if you had booked a studio. We saw a group if around 15 people taking advantage of this area, was really lovely to see. So well thought about. Easy underground access at either whitechapel or aldgate east. Whitechapel is step free which is especially great when you have luggage and a buggy and the it is a 5 minute walk. Nice location with Brick Lane and Spitalgate market within walking distance. Convenience stores nearby if you need food. You can drop bags off before your check in time. Had an issue with keys not working when we arrived, however dealt with effortlessly by the staff. Highly recommend for any large group travelling together.

Room was clean and well presented, however, felt cold and shower temperature only adequate. Noisy during night with main road and sirens.
Location means wouldn’t stay again, but staff attentive, polite and welcoming.m
The hotel was clean and its location was convenient. I am unable to provide a five-star rating because I was unable to check in on the day of my arrival due to an unforeseen issue with my flight. The hotel declined to refund me for the missed day, citing their policy that a 24-hour notice is required for cancellations. I explained that my flight was canceled due to a terrorist incident while en route to London. I had even emailed the hotel to inform them of the situation prior to my intended arrival. I spoke with the manager, but unfortunately, no resolution was offered. I also contacted Expedia, and they informed me that the hotel was not cooperating. I stayed for a total of six nights. I was quite disappointed regarding the lack of a refund or compensation.
