"Good room in lower ground but the tube noise (every 2 mins!) was a bit annoying. Very good location but did not like having to pay to leave luggage for a few hours. Not my first time in it but next time will ask for room in 2nd floor! (smaller but quiet)."

"From arrival to departure the hotel staff were excellent - informative, helpful, cheerful with a can do attitude. The public areas of the hotel were consistently clean and very well maintained. Our room was lovely - well equipped with everything we needed for our two night stay. Toiletries, towels and bed linen were first class. The air conditioning and window blinds made for a very comfortable nights sleep. The hotel location, overlooking the Tower of London and adjacent to a great transport hub allowed for easy exploration of the city. Will certainly return."

"Amazing stay, got a free room upgrade to a suite with a terrace despite booking a bargain rate on the on the cheapest room. Front desk staff were so friendly and the pool was excellent in a heatwave."

"Great stay! The room was modern, comfortable, and very well maintained, with an amazing bathroom and excellent amenities. The only area for improvement is Some staff have limited English, which can lead to misunderstandings. For example, we received written information via email saying the gym would close the next day, when it was actually closing the following week. A small issue, but better communication would avoid this kind of confusion. Overall, a very enjoyable stay! Loved the hotel and the brand!"

"Booked for one overnight stay. I was using the room really to sleep not to hang out in. However, the room was especially compact. Huge bed in a small double room, toilet with a sliding glass door to access the shower - again it wasn’t a huge concern as I stayed 1 night. Importantly, the amenities were very clean, bed fresh and comfortable. Also had AC which was essential during heatwave, however unit became really noisy in the morning making gurgling sounds. Staff really friendly, location brilliant."

"There was no one to check us in initially, we got into the building after another guest. If they hadn't opened the door, we'd be waiting for a while outside with the bags and our fingers on the buzzer. Building has a funky smell, bathroom is cramped, the low hanging sloped ceiling on the upper level is a hazard. Kitchenette is good though. Shoreditch is an interesting location, slightly rough around the edges, but hotel was close enough to public transport."
