la opinión que tengo respecto al hotel Sierra maestra lamentablemente no es nada buena ya que todo es pésimo y de mal servicio efecto la limpieza es lo único bueno que tiene el hotel el personal de la carpeta no tiene ningún tipo de modales para el cliente ya que te miran como algo extraño Pero eso sólo ocurre con los cubanos no importa en qué país estés pero si eres cubano eres mal mirado y mal atendido yo alquilé una suite y no tenía ninguna condición el aire no le funcionaba no tenía nevera es decir eso está solo hecho para dormir pero en tiempo y frío Yo no lo recomendaría para pasar ninguna Estancia ese hotel Es una lástima que este convertido en acoger a cualquier persona a cualquier hora de la noche no importa de donde venga pero eso es más un motel para dormir que un hotel para ser Estancia o vacaciones cuando vas a reclamar te mira muy mal y no tienen en cuenta prestar el mejor servicio,yo sugiero que el hotel sea soli para prestar servicio al viajero que desee pasar la noche ,el hotel no tiene condiciones para reservar o prestar servicio a personas del exterior.
