We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the staff were friendly and attentive throughout our visit. The amenities and overall service exceeded our expectations. The only disappointment was the beach because of a lot of seaweed in a water. Aside from that, everything else was excellent, and we enjoyed our stay very much.

Overall a great vacation at the Serande Resort and Spa. Grounds were very well maintained, rooms were nice and spacious. We had the pool view which was nice sitting out in the morning to enjoy the start of the day. Food was good, definitely did not feel hungry after eating at the buffet. A la Cartes were nice. Only thing, wish there was more pop up food huts. Waited about 45mins for a burger at the food stand at the beach.

Hotel nice and the animation team excellent. The reservation for the restaurant did not like the way!! Restaurant Bellum food horrible and that night couldn’t eat well because just have a chance for the night. For the way off restaurant use I will give 1/2 star. Good food. You have to use a key card to have power for your room and towels. If you leave your room gets hot if you go to beach or pool area . They have QR code to book your reservation and most of the time it was unavailable or all ready full. Spa is pricey. Overall it’s just okay.
