"Premium room wasn’t very clean, or ever dusted. Hard to get waters for your room or get your fridge restocked. TV was broken and I called and they never came to look at it. The workers knock very fast on the door and then just open it. The food was extremely terrible, especially the buffet. I got food poisoning and it ruined 3 days of my trip. Lived off of French fries and fruit. Buffet and restaurants are very unsanitary. Poolside service never brings you anything you order from them. The smell in the buffet will make you want to throw up, and then once you see the food you probably will throw up. The mini golf is awful, there’s no turf, it’s concrete so your ball will never stop rolling, and they don’t clean it so there’s bird poop all over it. You have to pay extra to do any other activities other than sit by the pool or beach. The grounds and pools were kept well cleaned. Overall not a good experience at all and I would highly recommend going somewhere else. "

"the lobby was really nice the rooms was kinda worn down and there was no hand soap for us in the bathroom it only had one trash for the whole room and the shower water was freezing cold ! oh and people roam the floor at night messing with doors ! thank god i had a safety lock no one could get in .
