This was my first stay at TRS Turquesa and I loved it. The staff were so friendly and helpful, especially my butler, Randy! He helped make my dinner reservations and was quick to respond when I had questions. I highly recommend TRS Turquesa in Punta Cana, and will come again!

Three of us stayed here for 1 week as a girls' getaway. We had an absolutely wonderful week and were all impressed with the quality of the service, the amenities, and the well maintained property. Having our own butler available for the duration of the stay was a truly excellent touch that made this experience even better than I was anticipating. Randy was friendly, helpful and went above and beyond to assist us in planning our activities and meals. We all agreed this was the best resort vacation we have ever had. It’s a beautiful resort! Very nice and quiet. Our butler Rodny took care of us the entire time and he made sure all of our lunch and dinner reservations were made. The resort is massive and nice overall, but the restaurants were very disappointing. Food at 2 of the buffets were okay. I liked my room and the beach was beautiful minus the stray dog that barked a lot. There wasn’t any pool music, activity or entertainment. Adults like to have fun too! This place is better suited for those 60 years old and older. The only saving grace was our butler Rodney, he was pleasant, respectful and always accommodating. If you’re under the age of 55 you have to leave the resort to have fun.

Overall, the experience is great! The food, amenities, and beach are all amazing. But the staff aren’t very friendly or welcoming, especially when you ask for a club car or golf cart. Sometimes the golf carts just pass by and seem to ignore you.
