The staff was friendly and the room was what we needed. It was clean, had air conditioning, and it was close to the beach, stores and restaurants.

The property is very nice, the staff is very friendly, the breakfast is simple but very delicious, it is 2 minutes from the beach, i did have to ask the maids for fresh towels several times but they either didnt understand or kept forgetting, however the lovely lady at reception solved it instantly

The staff in particular (Marlin) was super helpful. Rooms were clean, close to the beach and you could walk to everything. Many food choices in the area as well. I thoroughly enjoyed my room and balcony and will definitely be contacting the Honky Tonk if I come back to the Los Corales area.

We had such a nice stay at the Honky Tonk! It’s a sweet little hotel at a super reasonable rate. It is located in a very convenient location- a block from public beach access and close to many excellent restaurants. The property is clean and well cared for. The rooms are spacious, clean, and comfy. The staff is so friendly and the breakfast was lovely- far better than what you might get at many brand name hotels. We will stay here again and would happily recommend it to friends :) Thank you!

We checked into Honky Tonk for one night before our All inclusive next door was ready. TO be honest, I would of rather stayed here all week. I wish i saved the money and did so. Would def go back to this hotel. Very friendly and clean.

Arriving you have limited parking, but if you are not driving there is a lot of places to go not far from you, great restaurants and beaches in walking distance. The hotel is nice and the staff is friendly but if you do not speak Spanish it can be difficult so have words and sentences you need to ask prepared beforehand. The staff is friendly and helpful, the room was smaller than anticipated but keep in mind the upkeep could use some work but I found the same issues at a 5 star hotel as well. All in all it was a nice stay.

Basic but nice!

Nice iff you spend time mostly at the beach. No TV, mini fridge. Coffee maker. Great ac and huge ceiling fan. Comfortable bed. Served its purpose. Great places to eat in short walking distances. 367 steps to the beach from the office. Somebody was their til 9pm for anything you needed after that there ws always a guy watching riggt as you enter the property til the next morning. The Riviera restaurant right next door had great food and service. Live music most nights. Friendly service. There are 2 poochies and a pup that like hanging around and are sweet.

Nice modern and clean rooms. Great location. Friendly staff. A few things need to be maintained e.g. hangers falling off the wall, the stairs are not even which was a trip and falling hazard. Overall I had a great stay!

Love the stay!

The place is absolutely beautiful and modern. It’s literally a home away from home. The staff was an absolute delight. Lots of love to Merlin and Nidia who made me feel so special. Breakfast is really filling and I especially loved the juice served with it. 10/10 would recommend.
