El hotel está muy bello y lujoso. El senote es un espectáculo y mejor piscina que he estado. La comida nada buena. Las bebidas son simples. El closet de mi habitación se desarmó el primer día y nunca la arreglaron , cosa muy negativa para ser un hotel recién abierto . No hay acceso a la playa. No pudimos entrar a la piscina de olas porque lo tenían cerrado para unas fotos , o sea un jueves hacer eso? . No me parece adecuado. Los dominicanos súper buena gente y mi mejor opinión para ellos . Aún así lo recomiendo es un bello hotel

This is a brand-new hotel so still few amenities are not working properly, the app was not working at all during my stay (a whole week) the restaurant reservation system was awful even been done in the services desk, food was acceptable (espresso coffee poor quality, not an extensive fresh fruits selection, no natural orange juice available, they have a restaurant called Brassa Nova with an absurd policy not to allow persons under 18 years old nevertheless in the same restaurant that supposed to be top of the line the allow people with extremely poor dress code meaning wearing short and swing suite in the upper part ( Ridiculous) management was not helpful at all. I won't recommend this hotel this supposed to be a much better experience for this type of facility

Booked this hotel back in Feburary for our trip in June, once we arrived at the Lagoon was pushed off to Bavaro without an apology and was not even given the courtsey to be able to step out of the taxi. Paid for this hotel for nine days and was forced to stay at Bavaro because this one was still under construction

Separé para el Caoba y no había abierto, nos acomodaron en el Lopesan y tuvimos que exigir nos dieran upgrade, al decir que separamos nuestra estadía a través de Expedia entonces accedieron y nos dieron el acceso Luxury. Las facilidades y amenidades son buenas pero tienes que estar preparado para caminar mucho porque la distancia entre un lugar y otro es mucha y no tienen servicio de transporte dentro del hotel. La comida muy buena.

El hotel no está en funcionamiento totalmente, durante la estadía se fue la luz en varias ocasiones y el agua se fue una vez en la noche. Las habitaciones aunque son nuevas, amplias y modernas olían mucho a humedad. En cuanto al servicio de los empleados eso en un 100/10. Las comidas en todos los restaurantes riquísima y la bebida de calidad. Tiene muchas piscinas, parque de agua y el cenote es una belleza. Las animaciones en la piscina y los eventos en el teatro fueron muy buenos. Volvería definitivamente

Me gusta mucho el toque campestre que tiene toda la localidad, las habitaciones necesitan una limpieza profunda, al igual que si hay una emergencia de avituallamiento y se hace la solicitud deben estar disponibles para ayudarnos, yo tuve la necesidad y me dijeron que me iban a mandar la solicitud y nunca llegó, tuve que dormir en el sofá, el aire acondicionado no funcionaba bien, los restaurantes decían que no era necesario reservar y cuando llegabas aún con niños entonces te decían que era por reservas .Si trabajan en esto pienso que sería muy buena opción para años futuros.

Lamentablemente, mi experiencia en Lopesan Caoba Lagoon fue muy decepcionante. Desde la llegada hubo problemas con la asignación de la habitación, lo que resultó en una larga espera y una mala primera impresión. Además, el hotel claramente no está completamente terminado. Varias áreas e instalaciones que uno esperaría encontrar en funcionamiento aún no están listas, incluyendo parte del buffet, el parque acuático y otros servicios básicos. Tampoco cuenta con acceso a la playa debidamente habilitado. La habitación tenía problemas con el aire acondicionado, que no enfriaba adecuadamente, y durante la estancia experimentamos inconvenientes con la electricidad. El servicio en los restaurantes fue bastante lento y en varias ocasiones el personal no parecía conocer bien los menús. Aunque la comida es buena y las piscinas son muy bonitas, esos aspectos positivos no compensan la cantidad de inconvenientes encontrados. Da la impresión de que el hotel abrió sus puertas antes de estar realmente preparado para recibir huéspedes. Considero que los clientes deberían ser informados con mayor transparencia sobre el estado actual de las instalaciones antes de reservar. Por el momento, no recomendaría este hotel hasta que finalicen las obras pendientes y mejoren significativamente la operación y el servicio.

Reservé y pagué específicamente por una estadía en Lopesan Caoba Lagoon, pero al llegar nos informaron que el hotel aún no estaba listo para recibir huéspedes y fuimos trasladados a Lopesan Costa Bávaro. Lo más decepcionante fue que esta información no fue comunicada antes de nuestro viaje, a pesar de que seguían aceptando reservas para Caoba Lagoon. Aunque Costa Bávaro es un buen hotel, no fue el hotel que elegimos ni por el que pagamos. La experiencia comenzó con frustración e incertidumbre, y tampoco se nos ofreció ninguna compensación por el cambio inesperado. Considero que la comunicación y la transparencia con los clientes deben mejorar significativamente. Si un hotel no está listo para operar, los huéspedes deberían ser informados con anticipación para poder decidir si desean mantener o modificar su reserva. Lamentablemente, esta experiencia no cumplió con las expectativas que tenía de la marca Lopesan.

Compramos un hospedaje para el hotel caoba lagoon y cuando llegamos el hotal aun no estaba disponible nos envian para el costa bavaro y se arruino el cumpleaños que tenia solicitado en el otro hotel tambiem no servia la nevera en la habitación tampoco habia plancha para ropa y la reservacion para los restaurantes siempre es un problema
