"The rooms were dated but clean. The staff was ok. Didn’t come across anybody that was rude or unhelpful but none of them went above & beyond either. Pool and beach were beautiful but you need to be up at 7am to get chairs reserved. Spa was wonderful. The buffets were mediocre at best - unique/odd options and nothing seemed very hot & fresh. "

"Had to change hotel room first day as it was 4:30 pm and the room wasn't turned over yet , there was ainenance with a ladder obstructing my view when I got there, plus it had a very musty/moldy smell. Food on the palace side was not good but great on the adults only side. Drinks were just OK, except for the chocolate martinis which were great. No free shuttle to the front gate have to hire a taxi to drive you 5 minutes to the gate. Staff barely understood anything I asked in English. The safe in my second room didn't work. I had no wash cloths in the second room. Had no idea where to hang garment to use the steamer, property isn't very well lit on the beach side at night. I did like that security came and quieted the noisy spring break neighbors yelling and talking loud at 2 am. "

"I showed up and they knew me. They treated me and my girlfriend really well and the hospitality was too notch. Definitely recommend this destination to anyone who wants to relax and be treated like family. Big thumps up to Lopesan and the entire staff there. "

"Staff is outstanding! Find Maria in the buffet. She'll sing you a song and start your day off right! Crepes were delicious and there were decent options at the buffet for people that step outside the box."

"Excellent experience: the resort is well set up, hotel room and public areas are quite clean and amenities are at luxurious level. Most staff are friendly with exceptions - some bartenders’ service need to be more elevated. Beach is not cleaned regularly with many dry seaweeds - details make difference! But overall is great!"
