"I stayed at this hotel to celebrate my birthday with a group of friends (there were 10 of us in total), and thanks to Romina, my experience was truly excellent. She took care of all the assistance and logistics to make the celebration a success: she organized the cake, the restaurant reservation and decoration, surprised me with a beautiful birthday gift, and even took Polaroid photos for us to keep as a memory. She checked in on me throughout my stay and always went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and happy. Her attention truly made a difference in our experience. As for the hotel itself, the property is beautiful, modern, and peaceful. The vibe is modern and boho-chic, and the background music is perfect for relaxing, chatting, sunbathing, or even reading. The rooms are very spacious, comfortable, modern, and extremely clean, with many amenities that make the stay even more enjoyable. As a suggestion, it would be great to have more vegetarian options. However, I would like to highlight that one evening, Chef Simeon prepared customized vegetarian dishes for us, which was the highlight of the night and a gesture we truly appreciated. As for areas of improvement, we noticed that not all staff members were equally attentive; at times the service was a bit slow and the attitude could have been better. Additionally, the internet connection was not always optimal."

"We traveled with 3 couples for vacation. Used Diamond tours for Round-trip transfers. Van was clean and driver was nice.. did take 20 minutes for arrival to pick us up at the airport but return transfer was fine. We stayed at Melita adult wellness resort. We we love the resort and the peaceful serenity that surrounded us at check-in. We were upgraded to building six and building four the rooms could use some TLC, but the grounds and the amenities make up for any room deficiencies staff was more than accommodating. They met and exceeded our expectations. Our concierge‘s. Jenika Honore was extraordinary in getting us reservations and assisting with obtaining medication when one of our party got sick. The activities were fantastic. We participated in Zumba water aerobics Beach volleyball hat decorating salsa dancing. The activity staff encouraged, but did not push you to participate, which we liked. Shout out to Jean Geto and “sexy chocolate” (never did get his real name). of the activity staff for making dance lessons so much fun. We enjoyed the various restaurants and the perks provided through Expedia including $90 in Spa credits, late check out a bottle of rum and room upgrade. I enjoyed a coffee and sugar rub Massage that will keep me dreaming of returning to this resort. "

"Where you stay is a key factor in making a good vacation GREAT. We have booked numerous times with VRBO, but have to say that Sarah (owner) was the most responsive that we have come across. I think the longest we ever had to wait for a response to a text was 15 minutes. Unit was very clean, well equipped, easy to access. The property (condo buildings) where the unit is located maintains the property very well and there were several tradesmen working there maintaining the property. I strongly urge you to consider this location. Unit is well furnished with all the toys that you need to enjoy your stay. Noticed that it is equipped for a family with small kids as we saw kids bathtub, toys, etc."
