It was an ok place , satisfied our needs. Don’t have much expectation. The only flaws were bathroom didn’t have any fans and the water pressure was low almost every afternoon but overall it was a good place to stay .

STAY HERE!!!!!! The hotel is clean and very beautiful. ALL of the staff were amazing and Joanna the beautiful receptionist was so accommodating and sweet. Expedia made so many mistakes with my booking that they refused to fix and I was traveling with my baby girl and was extremely scared but Joanna made sure I was okay and I cannot thank her enough! This hotel is located next to all the best things to do! It’s right down the street from Yeya’s Dominican restaurant which has the best food I’ve tasted while I was there. Please go and make sure you tip the staff!!! Trust me they ALL deserve it. This will be my home away from home whenever I’m in Punta Cana

The room was clean. The staff were nice. The sky pool was awesome. There was no blanket, only a thin sheet to serve as a blanket, which was not comfortable.

Cold or no water multiple times. Apparently there was a plumbing leak in the hall outside our room. No apologies or acknowledgement from management that we had to walk on tarps and under ladders for 2 days to get in and out of our room.
