Room was beautiful, spotless and the staff is excellent! Because of a winter storm we needed to add a one night stay before our main resort was available so we chose the Royal Beach hotel. Restaurant was outstanding, and we spent the day enjoying the outdoor pool. Did I mention how great the staff treated us?! We would gladly return here.

The room was spotless. The team was very courteous. I felt really bad for the poor waitress, who was working alone in a packed restaurant with everyone ordering at the same time. It's impossible for one waitress to serve so many tables simultaneously and provide good service. Not because she was a bad waitress—she was trying really hard. But she simply can't provide quality service to every table on her own.

I don’t understand why it’s the 3-star hotel. It should have at least 4 stars (the only things missing were bathrobes and slippers in the room). The rooms and amenities are new and clean, the housekeepers refreshed the room every days (many thanks to them!). The swimming pool area is beautiful, new sunbeds, the water in the pool was warm. There is also a transportation to the private beach provided, which is nice. Among the cons: too cold in the reception area (unpleasant to stay there for too long) and not distinctive food (a bit tasteless), so we chose to eat elsewhere and order deliveries.

Great staffs, Iris, Gabriel, Nestor from morning breakfast and the rest of the staff. Front end manager too. They are so friendly and helpful. I recommend this hotel to all my friends and family. I give this hotel a 5 star.

This place is an expensive jail. The staff is not nice at all. Not even 1 bottle of water was included with our stay. The staff went out of their way to make us feel unwelcome. We requested a late checkout by 1 hour and were told no way immediately. I was forced to bring fruit which was going bad, down from my room to the front desk before they charged me $100 for a bad banana. I had to do a walk thru with the hotel manager at checkout, so that they could confirm nothing was taken from the room. There is no beach access and this is not a resort. We had to go to public beaches in the town as we were denied beach access multiple times. NO is the favorite word of the front desk employee at this hotel. We were not able to leave our bags at checkout for a couple of hours and needed to call the nearby hotel to help us out. Theres alot more but Im tired. NEVER STAY HERE.

The courteous front desk lady (Alheidra). I’m not sure so got the name right. She was very polite and kind. Her manager was extremely kind too. She went above and beyond in making our stay a warm and pleasant one. I will stay here when next I visit.

El hotel está muy nuevo, la habitación muy limpia, moderna, el aire acondicionado funcionaba estupendamente. La calidez del personal, el check in con Gabriel fue muy amable, rápido y eficaz, nos dio toda la información del hotel y de las opciones de entretenimiento, y también Ryan al check out muy servicial y educado. Hotel tranquilo, recomendable para descansar, la piscina es genial para relajarse con una música muy agradable de fondo. Y la ubicación del hotel es muy buena para salir por la zona.
