"Lopesan experience was more than what I hoped for. Excellent service, a la carte restaurants were fabulous (something for everyone) and house cleaning staff went above and beyond. Would recommend this resort if you want to experience a first class vacation at a reasonable price. My grandson loved the water park and sports bar (hockey night in DR)."

"Premium room wasn’t very clean, or ever dusted. Hard to get waters for your room or get your fridge restocked. TV was broken and I called and they never came to look at it. The workers knock very fast on the door and then just open it. The food was extremely terrible, especially the buffet. I got food poisoning and it ruined 3 days of my trip. Lived off of French fries and fruit. Buffet and restaurants are very unsanitary. Poolside service never brings you anything you order from them. The smell in the buffet will make you want to throw up, and then once you see the food you probably will throw up. The mini golf is awful, there’s no turf, it’s concrete so your ball will never stop rolling, and they don’t clean it so there’s bird poop all over it. You have to pay extra to do any other activities other than sit by the pool or beach. The grounds and pools were kept well cleaned. Overall not a good experience at all and I would highly recommend going somewhere else. "

"the lobby was really nice the rooms was kinda worn down and there was no hand soap for us in the bathroom it only had one trash for the whole room and the shower water was freezing cold ! oh and people roam the floor at night messing with doors ! thank god i had a safety lock no one could get in . "This place was BEAUTIFUL super clean and the host replied in second literally. This place looks exactly as the photo. Very modern and chic. It was 9 of us stayed for my birthday. Very safe and secure beautiful pool. They think of everything. Love my stay and is seriously thinking of going back with my kids"

"Very, clean and modern place with pool and veranda. The host was a bit late giving us check in info basically whdn we were on the way to the apartment but his communication was better after. We lost power on the second day but he got it back after awhile. I wish there were more cooking supplies like oil and seasoning. There is a restaurant and store nearby. "

"We wanted 3 hours for an entry code. We had to find another hotel and the owner messages us the next day to stay they stopped renting it and it should not be listed. Disgusting from VRBO. Lost money no one cares "

"This home and complex was excellent! It was exactly as advertised. The gym and pools were easily accessible. The rooms and bathrooms were well maintained and clean. The security guards were thorough and polite. I had a wonder time during this stay! "
