"The properyt is in an excellent location. A short 3 minute walk to the beach, grocery and dining right outside the building. Beautiful pool and bbq area. Would highly recommend.

"TRS Turquesa! Wow! My husband and I stayed here for 7 days and 6 nights. The check in process was very easy. Our Butler Randy met us right at check in. And let me tell you. Randy was AMAZING! This man defines what great customer service should be. He was so helpful and patient. I can not say enough amazing things about Randy. When I tell you that we will be back and will request for Randy we will. Randy assisted us with everything, to include making sure we had reservations for every night. He texted me through WhatsApp every morning to inform me of the events for the day, the options for lunch and dinner. We are very grateful for his excellent treatment. TRS had plenty of options for all palettes. The food was very tasty, and if you do not want the food that is offered at TRS you have access to other restaurants located in the resorts next door. I believe it gave us a total of 17 options. There is also room service available 24 hrs a day. My husband and I also enjoyed a day at the SPA. Best massage and facial I have received. Overall the customer service at TRS is 5 stars. I did not come across one rude employee or an employee who was not willing to assist. With all that said I will say that the rooms are a bit dated. Housekeeping did an excellent job with keeping the rooms clean, and cleaned the rooms on a daily. Overall this experience has been amazing and we enjoyed our vacation very much. I can go on and on. If you are considering booking your trip to TRS do it! "

"Cesar started our vacation off right with excellent service. Francisco helped with our excursions and explained everything. Tony from the El Dorado went above and beyond for me the night we ate dinner there. Francel at the front valet area was excellent and helped with all transportation even while on the resort. And our favorite, Gerson the pool bartender at the Palace, really made this an exceptional experience. He remembered our drinks from the first day (we do tip) and his personality is very warm and welcoming. I will never forget our favorite bartender, even got a picture with him. The overall experience was incredible!! "
