"Very disappointing experience. We arrived and immediately found the room uncomfortable. We were being bitten during the night, which felt like fleas, and it became very itchy and unpleasant. On top of that, there were roaches in the bedroom, which made the stay even worse. The food included in the all-inclusive package was poor and far below expectations. We raised our concerns and asked for an upgrade, but there was little effort to properly address the situation. By the next day, we had decided we could not stay any longer. No refund was offered, and although I was forced to pay a 50% fee to leave early, I accepted it because I did not want to spend the rest of my vacation there. The front desk staff member listening to our complaints was not helpful and seemed more focused on keeping our money than resolving the issues. Overall, the property feels old, poorly maintained, and not worth the cost. This was a terrible experience, and I would strongly recommend booking elsewhere if you want to actually enjoy this beautiful island. There are far better options available. "

"Rooms were not cleaned very well. Stains on sheets/pillows. No fitted sheets just two top sheets that slide everywhere and you wake up sleeping on gross mattress. Toilet in room barely flushed, fan broke, no fan in bathroom so was just a wet sticky area throughout the room/bathroom. Pools were fun and staff was nice, excursion was cancelled and made us pay way more for a different one that was cheaper online and could not book that way since we were using same tickets as old excursion. Food was okay, but did not know what 3/4 of it was as they did not have names for all of the food. 10/10 staff. 3/10 rooms. Food 6/10. "

"This is a beautiful property, the gardens are well kept and is perfect for an evening stroll or morning walk/jog. All the rooms are walking distance to the beach. The beach is clean the sand is clean. They have machines that clean the sand early in the morning. The are multiple pool areas with many many lounge chairs. The beach has lots of chairs and umbrellas. They have a buffet area near the pool and the beach that it is excellent to eat and go straight to the beach. I absolutely will come back here. The staff is amazing very respectful, and kind. One thing i will just mention is that the room is clean, but it can use a bit of upgrading. The buffet has a great variety of food, fruits, desserts, ice cream. Each night the buffet has a theme for example one night is France, other night is Spain they showcase the gastronomy of that Country. From Punta cana airport is only 30 minute drive. I will definitely come back here."

"The place is nice but extremely big everything is a trek. The water park is awesome and pools are extremely nice the rooms are subpar and the food is good just doesn’t change in variety from day to day too much. The most disappointing thing was the night time entertainment for families. If there was anything it didn’t start till 8/830 and normally was just a singer or something. i just wish it was more of an inclusive vibe and fun activities i guess like were use to. "
