"Our stay at Majestic Mirage Punta Cana was absolutely incredible from start to finish. The resort itself is beautiful and impeccably maintained. We were celebrating my daughter’s 18th birthday, and the staff truly went above and beyond to make it special by decorating her room with thoughtful birthday touches. It meant so much to us and made her day unforgettable. Dinner at Kabuki - was a highlight of our trip. The food was amazing, and Chef and our server Elizabeth made the experience so much fun. They had us dancing, singing, and laughing the entire night—they were such a vibe! Juan, the bartender, was fantastic as well. A special thank you to Elvis, who helped arrange the birthday decorations and was always available to answer our questions and offer recommendations. His attentiveness and kindness truly stood out. If we’re ever back in the Dominican Republic, we will absolutely return to Majestic Mirage. Highly recommend! "

"Excellent Resort"

"At check-in, we were told that we were getting an upgrade at no extra charge, to be on the lower level and closer to beach and restaurants. The lower level and being closer to beach and restaurants was appreciated. Room was nice and comfortable. Only disappointment was view from balcony, was no garden or ocean view. View was of the back of the property. Below balcony was a hedge, lawn was well kept but then a paved path where the property service vehicles brought supplies back and forth along a chain linked fence. On the other side of the fence was a marshy area and then an open field that the back of other apartment like buildings backed onto. It was nice to have a balcony but was not much of a view to look at. "

Traveling from Canada, this was my sister’s and my first time in the Dominican Republic, and we couldn’t have chosen a better resort for our introduction to this beautiful country. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and well cared for. We were especially fortunate to have SANYEL MONTERO as our butler. He was extremely professional, kind, and attentive, and you could clearly see how passionate he is about his work. Sanyel went above and beyond our expectations, taking excellent care of us throughout our entire stay. He anticipated our needs, checked in regularly, and made sure every detail was perfect. His service truly made our vacation extra special. The food was fantastic, offering a wide variety of high-quality options at every restaurant. The amenities were impressive, with beautiful pools and well-maintained facilities. The beach was breathtaking — soft white sand, clear turquoise waters, and a peaceful atmosphere that made it easy to relax and fully enjoy every moment.
