He was able to locate us a room in Esmeralda for a small upgrade charge. Once we were situated in our new Esmeralda room, our family vacation was perfect. We enjoyed all of the Esmeralda staff and our spa sessions were incredible. "

There are tons of fun activities to keep them entertained while we relax and enjoy as well. We really enjoyed the shows during the night time, as well as the walking and all the activities throughout the resort. A special thank you to Laura for all her help during our visit, she truly made our experience memorable. Everyone we met from the restaurant staff, pool attendants, cleaning crew, transport team, and security was very friendly and made our stay even more pleasant.
