Our stay was really nice. The amenities are excellent, and the hotel staff was very accommodating. Our representative, Edwin, helped us with dinner reservations, and making sure we had everything we needed. We had a wonderful time and we recommend it to anyone looking to visit the hotel.

We met so may new friends. We checked in with Jaun who was absolutely amazing and was happy to help with anything we needed. Fernando, Sandra and Ruth at the Saona pool are the absolute best, we became friends in our last visit, and were very happy to see them again this year. Managers, Richard and Angel took care of our every need and made us feel special every single day. Carlos at El dorado was the best waiter, always happy and smiling. I truly hope I’m not forgetting anyone because every staff member made us feel very welcome!
