Very friendly staff, Excellent restaurants and food choice. It was the right balance between adult, friendly and family friendly resort they cater very well to all. Will definitely return. Great value for money. My only complaint would be that the beds in the rooms were extremely uncomfortable.

Over all a good hotel. If you don’t have kids make sure you upgrade to preferred club. The food needs to be a bit more elevated specially the Italian restaurant. The best service was at the steak house :)

Our family had a wonderful time at Dreams Onyx. The facilities were incredible and the staff was really friendly. Edwin made our time at the beach unbelievable. His energy and friendly demeanor were unmatched. We will remember this trip fondly because of Edwins amazing service and for taking care of us so well!
