The cats are horrible I’m scared. So when moving around the resort seeing them by the pool etc… Besides that, that’s amazing great it was a pleasures.

My room wasn’t ready at checkin it took a whole hr for them to realize they had to put us in a temporary room until the next day the next day the room still wasn’t ready until eight in the evening. Showers in the room was not up to standards of a resort felt like I had to stand on a towel to take a shower so my feet wouldn’t touch the tile the light switches wasn’t connected to the right light so I had to turn one off to turn another on and find the right combination for what I wanted to use. The pool closes around five and most shut down so everyone has to be by the restaurants to drink. Make a lot of plans off resort to stay busy because it’s not a lot to do or entertainment

While we enjoyed our time at your resort there were a few things that were a disappointment. The disappointments were: the butler service that we had to use the what’s up app my request were gone unheard. We asked for the jacuzzi to be filled and it wasn't. There were several dinner reservations request we tried to get but they were never made. We requested a second chair for the balcony that never came. The bathroom shower floors grout was brown and dirty looking. One morning we took showers the water was scorching hot and unbearable. The refrigerator did not keep the drinks cool. We requested help for our refrigerator and that went unheard. We never had a cool drink in our room the entire time.

Most things were ok, staff, pool, property, food and of course the drinks were good, not water down at all. The room is a little dated especially the bathroom. I'll return .

Enhancing the variety and quality of food options would greatly benefit guests. Additionally, it would be beneficial if staff consistently demonstrated patience and kindness, as some interactions felt less welcoming. The beach area could also be expanded or better utilized to avoid feeling overcrowded. Furthermore, ensuring that all room amenities are fully functional before guest arrival would improve satisfaction. Overall, these adjustments could significantly elevate the guest experience at your resort.

Didn’t like the mildew smell of the rooms or the fact that every door knob I touched came off. Also, I paid for an ocean view room, however they didn’t mention that I would have to leave my room to see it. Overall, the staff was excellent.
