The food quality was average, the bed quality was average as well.

Our stay was amazing! We stayed 4 days in a double. Got upgraded to full oceanview upon checkin. Beds are slightly smaller than US full-size. Their entertainment and production is VERY VERY GOOD! Something for the kids and adults…just overall family fun! They even had a foam party Friday at 3pm. My kids 13/18 ate at restaurant next to the pool while l engaged in some mid day adult fun. STAFF 10/10!!! Food was 10/10!!!! White Bay is the go to. They have staple items and change up the Jamaica flare daily as well as some other items. I missed oxtail night but was able to catch lobster tail night…OMG! Food galore and it’s good for quality. All the tropical fruit you can think of…I mean they have it ALL! We made reservations at the Italian spot and it was subpar 4/10…don’t waste your time with the speciality restaurants..they have 4. If you want cute pictures that’s about all it’s offering but that doesn’t beat the oceanfront view at White Bay. Get there early and claim one of the best seats in the house! Oh and let’s not forget the all inclusive drinks! The stay was comfortable. We got upgraded from a partial to a full oceanfront view. Booked a snorkel cruise w/ transport to Montego Bay at the Water Sports booth. The person “worked” with me. 10/10 Used my Expedia stay credits towards a spa service. Combo Massage that included stretch, deep tissue, and pressure points. 10/10 steam room and soaking tubs were a plus! Only con is resort is 45 min from everything.

Great stay beautiful pool view room with king bed with a lot of space, helpful staff, good animation on activities and at night live band. Shevy at the activity desk helped us schedule activities according to our budget and didn't to force a sale which was really appreciated. Food was really great from the buffet to the restaurant. If you see bad comments on the food don't mind them people are trolling or are picky eaters. Restaurants and even buffet (Martha Market), for all 3 meals, get full really quickly and there is going to be line ups so plan in advance and don't wait at the last minute to go eat. Beach is underrated really had no expectation as it looked small in pictures but i enjoyed it. Wifi even reaches the beach. In all, really a great resort with plenty to do and a great staff to guide you through it. Ya Man!! No problem!!

The variety of food options was the largest I have seen at a resort, the bed was hard which I’m not used to but not uncomfortable.
