"10/10 ----WOW!!!--- This was the BEST VACATION WE HAVE EVER TAKEN TOGETHER!!!The property is JUST as described, if not even BETTER IN PERSON! It's bigger than I expected, and the ocean is steps away, just as described. We have NEVER relaxed so much in our lives! Ms. Annette is BEYOND AMAZING. Her food is INCREDIBLE. We enjoyed every single meal she prepared for us. We have never experienced anything like this: no cooking or cleaning... I had to be "sneaky" to even try to do the dishes! Ms. Annette is also so very kind, warm, & welcoming. This property truly wouldn't be the same without her. 3 ALSO... I had a medication debacle & boarded our first flight without my insulin. By the time we were boarding our connecting plane, (host) Karen called me & provided me with a doctor's phone# in Duncans - sent him my prescription, & when I stepped out of the vehicle upon arrival to the villa, Ms. Annette told me to put my bags inside, & to get back in the car because we were heading to the pharmacy. I WAS AMAZED! This property's "team" of WONDERFUL PEOPLE were there to fix the problem immediately! The beach... SO BEAUTIFUL! The water was GORGEOUS & crystal clear, sandy bottom - the prettiest I've ever seen. We've already booked for next year (as long as our dates work out) because we can't WAIT to RETURN TO PARADISE & all the wonderful people we met along the way. WE FELL IN LOVE WITH THIS PROPERTY, MS. ANNETTE, & the wonderful locals! THANK YOU!"

"Nice open cottage. I didn’t realize the chef stays in the cottage too - not in the house with you but in a close by room. Chef was amazing to have. Lots of cute dogs and cats! Beach was great but it is iron shore. Great place overall."

"We had the most wonderful stay at Butterfly Villa in Silver Sands, Jamaica — it truly exceeded expectations.The villa itself is beautifully and tastefully decorated, with spacious bedrooms and plenty of bathrooms, which made it perfect for a comfortable, relaxed stay. Everything felt thoughtfully designed and well cared for.A real highlight was the incredible team. Diana, the cook, was absolutely amazing — every meal was delicious and made the stay feel extra special. Franceen, the housekeeper, was equally fantastic, keeping everything spotless and running smoothly. They both made us feel so welcome and looked after.The location is also ideal — just an easy 10-minute walk to a beach that is nothing short of paradise. Crystal-clear water, soft sand, and never too crowded.Beverley, the host, was extremely helpful throughout, always responsive and happy to assist with anything we needed, which made the whole experience seamless.We would absolutely recommend Butterfly Villa and would love to return."

"This four bedroom villa was wonderful. We were greeted at the door by the chef, the housekeeping staff and the property owner with fresh drinks and a snack from our hour ride from the Montego Bay airport. The interior was bright with freshly painted walls. The ceiling falls provided cool breezes throughout the home. And the cross ventilation from the beautiful front door to the sliding glass ones to the pool gave it a wonderful Caribbean air. The pool was lovely, not too much in the sun and not too cold in the shade. The rooms housed inviting beds with pillows and crisp sheets. Each had a ceiling fan as well as an air conditioning unit. Each had a slide door to the outside and windows with screens. It was nice to have a choice of fresh air or the cold air depending on the time of day. Each ensuite bathroom was a treat as well so no one had to leave their own little hideaway. We had a chef Garfield (everyone just called him "chef") who made all of our food on premise. It was delicious on all 6 nights. We tried both local meals as well as requested standby pasta and chicken dishes. All were good. The housekeeping staff came to help set up the meal service and keep our beds and bathrooms tiny. We never lacked anything like fresh linens or toilet paper. We even appreciated the shampoos and body wash that was already there. The golf cart to the beach was a nice treat but the walk to it was just as easy. Allowed our large party to decide how/when to get to/from on our own."
