"Great hotel, well organized. Food really good, we tried all the restaurants ( be careful if any allergies, make sure you tell everyone multiple times), all were good. Pool and beach are amazing. The boulevard is very nice. People need to pay a little more attention, but thats not a big concern. "

"Service was wonderful! They were all super super nice, ro service also did a great job at cleaning up. The food in the restaurant was great, the pool was very nice. Only down side is that our room said there was a pullout couch but there was a little table and a wire that stuck to the ground so we couldn’t move the table to be able to pull out the bed from the couch. The other thing was that not all the outlets worked for our chargers. They only had 1 frying pan and 1-2 silver ware (cups, plates etc.) in our room. The shower was beautiful. "

"The staff was courteous and helpful. It wasnt explained well where to check in and therefore I waited downstairs for an hour where I felt dismissed and wasnt given much direction when told to go upstairs. The room was nice as the pictures but some weird holes in walls... The difficulty in speaking to staff was hard at times English to Spanish, even with simple words. The food at the restaurant was really good. The prices were good as well. The housekeeper never cleaned our room and the phone did not work in the room to make request. "
