Went here for a birthday trip and I don’t having anything bad to say about this property! The property itself was beautiful and breathtaking. The room was spacious and comfortable. I enjoyed the staff, everyone was friendly, helpful, and welcoming. I do believe the restaurants on the property could be better, but they aren’t horrible. I loved the coffee shop they had on sight! I will definitely recommend this resort.

Loved staying here! Had to adjust to the difference in the liquor. The tequila was not my cup of tea, but all other drinks were great! The food choices were awesome! Wonderful variety. Can't say enough good things about the staff! EVERYONE was so friendly, helpful and wanted to make sure you had the best experience.

Everything you could want or desire at a resort stay staff was very helpful and very professional the resort was the cleanest I have ever seen and to top things off we were assigned a personal butler to help with unknown services and the swim up room was perfect. Great vacation week.

My husband and I stayed at Live Aqua DR from Aug. 31st - Sept 5th. A few years ago, we stayed at the Live Aqua in Cancun and love it. PROS *Daniel, our butler was so kind, helpful and accessible. Several times a day, he touched base with me (via WhatsApp) to ensure we were enjoying our stay *Entire resort team did an amazing job to make our 21st wedding anniversary celebration memorable *Plenty of food options *Swim up room was a special *Nightlife was on point *Resort is beautiful. CONS The beach has been taken over by seaweed, but that is out of Live Aqua's control.

Resort was amazing. Food was delicious and we enjoyed not having all the buffets like the traditional resort experience. Garcia was our concierge and he was phenomenal from start to finish. There were a lot of restaurant choices and all were very very good.

This property is very well maintained and beautiful. Lush landscaping and the pools are amazing. The room was awesome and even though we had a couple maintenance issues upon arrival, they were fixed right away. The beauty of the property couldn't mask the fact that the staff was just so-so. We didn't realize this was a vacation club property so that was an awkward
