I loved our stay at Live Aqua, employees were all really nice and attentive. I would only suggest more lighting at night, walking to our building #5 was a little too dark. The rest was just perfect!

We chose a swim out room and were very pleased with the room layout which was even more spacious than it looked in the pictures. The staff were welcoming and very accommodating and the food was awesome. Location and layout was great and worth the 45 minute ride from the airport.

Fantastic, great walkable size, cozy, yet lively at times resort! I would definitely return! Loved our Butler Ivan! The absolute best! He made our entire trip special day and night as we came to celebrate our 10 year Wedding Anniversary. Highly suggest if booking to have aqua club access! Japanese restaurant was our favorite! And Liberi was nice for breakfast and lunch.

The hotel is very nice, good food, good drinks and good service. Some areas seem newer than others but overall the place is really nice, besides the construction site next door. I don’t think it’s worth the higher end price compared to other properties in the area but overall it’s a nice resort.

I went with my boyfriend for his 33rd birthday. We had a blast! We booked the room with the swim up pool. We weren’t aware it was part of the VIP package. It was beautiful. He loved it. The staff were super welcoming and very nice. Our concierge was Raifer. He was awesome!! He was able to decorate the room for us for my boyfriend’s boyfriend. He also answered my messages in a timely manner every time I needed something. He even got us a a last minute ride to the airport when our transport didn’t come. He was great. The hotel itself was on the quieter side and beautiful. Very clean and very nice. We were very happy.

The staff and facilities were absolutely fantastic. When we arrived, they were always very professional and welcoming. Our shower drained was clogged and it was fixed within 30 minutes. The food and drinks were truly all inclusive and I cannot begin to describe how shocked I was from their quality. Their steaks, ceviche, hibachi, and buffets were next level for an all-inclusive resort. Their spa was great. I got a massage and they had hydrotherapy and dry saunas that you could use prior to massage. Would 10000% come back.
