"Clean and very nice hotel, beds were super comfortable, staff was friendly and helpful, and accommodating of our needs and requests. The location was great for us, as we were cruising from the port adjacent to the hotel. The only negative for us was the lack of a lower priced option for breakfast we ended up at a nearby coffee house, within walking distance, and it was a good experience."

"The property was beautiful. We loved every aspect of it. The service was phenomenal! Everyone was super helpful and nice. Dining was top notch. Just the luxury vacation for our anniversary I wanted my wife to have. My only real displeasure was the fees at the end. From the Expedia website I was lead to believe the fees were included with the purchase of all inclusive. Otherwise everything was wonderful. "

The Reef really gave us the best of both worlds: we could hop on the shuttle to the Royal and other areas of Atlantis for all the fun and excitement, but coming back at night was quiet and relaxing. It truly felt like returning home to a private residence rather than a hotel. The atmosphere was calm, the staff were welcoming, and the overall vibe made it easy to unwind. If you’re looking for a more serene, residential-style experience while still enjoying everything Atlantis has to offer, I highly recommend staying at The Reef!"
