Place old.dirty run down and small a rip off had to change rooms as someone was put in our room!!. then no milk and just old.tired small room.....Pathetic tiny tv no sky and missed breakfast as told wrong time.and we paid for it. Feel.very ripped.off

We checked in for 3 days for a hospital visit to Auckland. The room was clean, tidy and spacious. All the basic amenities were provided and we were very comfortable. The Restaurant was unable to operate due to going into Level 3 hours after our arrival. We did order a meal for collection and it was ok. The property has a laundry available to guest which was helpful and easy to use. The staff were friendly and helpful. We would stay here again for a trip to be close to the city and it’s amenities.

A bit of a mix up over rooms but that was quickly and easily sorted out. Clean and comfortable room, nice view from the deck, great bathroom, good bed and quiet.
