The room was nice and clean. I loved the location as we went to a concert at Spark Arena which was across road. Just a short walk to the Britomart Market on Saturday morning which was lovely to do. We also walked around the corner to parnell which i loved. Will definitely stay at Imagine Beach Road again.

Overall, I had a good stay at Imagine Beach Hotel in Auckland. The location was super convenient, about a 10-minute walk to the main metro station, and it was also an easy pickup point for tour buses, which made getting around very stress-free. Safety and convenience are my biggest priorities when traveling, and this hotel definitely delivered on both. I felt very safe throughout my stay. For cleanliness, I’d give it around 4 stars. When I first checked into my room, I noticed a small confetti string on the floor, and interestingly, it stayed there throughout my 4-night stay. That made me think the rooms may not be vacuumed very thoroughly or that spot was simply missed during cleaning. It wasn’t a major issue for me personally, but it’s something worth noting. Overall, I’d still recommend this hotel, especially for travelers looking for a safe and convenient base in Auckland.

We stay at this hotel Everytime we visit Auckland. Excellent location, affordable, clean, and the staff are always friendly. We will definitely continue to stay here! Only downside is no onsite parking, however there are many convenient parking buildings nearby that you can pre book for a fairly affordable rate.

Good location for exploring Auckland. Close to many landmarks, the ferry docks and multiple restaurants. While the lobby was stark and poorly decorated, the room was very comfortable, with a small refrigerator, microwave, basic dining utensils and dishes. Very comfortable bed. Housekeeping was unreliable and had to be requested in advance. Employees at the front desk provided items such as toilet paper and instant coffee that housekeeping forgot to provide with no questions asked. While there were a few hiccups, I would stay at this hotel again as it was a good deal for the location.
