The room wasn't cleaned before I checked in, pubes in shower, blood on bathroom door. Built up dust everywhere, old coffee up the wall by the bin. Half the lights didn't work. Room wasn't what the picture was, king bed was two singles put together which you could feel all the springs. Went down to repection at 8am the next morning to let them know and also ask for new bedding and towels because my toddler was sick. Was promised my room would be service by 3pm got back at 8pm and noone had been! I got a refund but not even 1 nights worth.
