The hotel still has very good staff but the overall standard has declined. Hotel basics such as cleaning and servicing the room is variable. Food in the club particularly poor. Outdoor furniture at the pool is tired and poorly maintained and some areas not cleaned each day. The shuttle service is reduced making the location less convenient.

Amazing staff, amazing facility, rooms are in top condition and the prices are way better than the competing hotels, I would like to express my thanks to all the staff who were so supportive to us during stay there, they were empathic and lovely to deal with, I would not only continue to stay here, I have already booked a room here for our future holiday
