The Space:
Our stunning, bright two-bedroom bungalow provides an excellent homebase for a memorable stay in Auckland. Just 10 minutes walk to the popular Auckland beach, Mission Bay. Featuring two bedrooms with comfortable beds (first bedroom has one double bed, second bedroom has 2 single beds) . Perfect for families!

In the spacious light-filled living area, you will find a comfortable sofa, Smart TV w/ Netflix and YouTube, please note there is no free to air TV only Smart TV through HDMI. There is a lovely open-plan kitchen fully-equipped with cooking essentials so you can relax and enjoy an evening at home.

Open the french doors out to the garden to the newly built wrap-around deck and enjoy the sun with a glass of wine or a morning coffee in your own private space.

With Mission Bay so close, not only enjoy an ice cream and stroll along the water front but there is an array of restaurants including Mexican, Italian, Indian fish n' chips, Starbucks and pizza!

Guest Access:
You will have full private access to the property for the duration of your stay.

The driveway is steep from the bottom to the top. We advise guests that only a 4x4 when the ground is wet and take it very slow.

The Neighborhood:
Safe, quiet and close to all of Aucklands best attractions. 14 min drive to Auckland CBD, 10 minute walk to the seaside suburb of Mission Bay, which has a wide selection of shops and eateries.

Uber ride to the city will typically cost less then $15.00NZD.

Getting Around:
Space for up to three cars up driveway, on street parking, 1 min to bus stop.
NOTE: The driveway is a bit steep so please be weary of this. A 4x4 will be needed to comfortably use the driveway

Other Things to Note:
We kindly request that you read the house rules prior to booking and respect them during your stay. Parties or events of any kind will not be tolerated.
