The full kitchen includes a gas stovetop, oven, microwave. dishwasher, electric kettle, toaster, cutlery, pots & pans, crockery and tea/coffee making facilities. The separate living area contains a sofa bed and chairs, coffee table and a Smart TV with Freeview Streaming and Samsung TV Plus Streaming. The dining area has a dining table and chairs and dining is also available on the kitchen island. Laundry facilities are available in the garage and include a washing machine and tub. Free, off-street parking is available in the driveway and in the secure, undercover garage.
