"The hotel has some aging but we were eyond happy with our room, a King with a View. We had a view of the park and London Eye. The staff was amazing. Willing to do unnecessary things so that we ffidnt have to be inconvenienced. There was a young gentlemen, dont remember his name but he has braids, that literally carried 4 bags down the stairs for us because the elevator was taking too long. We insisted he didnt need to and he was insistent that he would. "

"The queen delux studio for 4 is only good for 4 if you are a couple with very small children. There’s no room for 4 full grown people plus luggage in these tiny rooms. The photos on Expedia give views of different rooms which is confusing. It’s one queen bed, one small uncomfortable sofa bed with very little clearance all round for luggage and , well for people. The sofa bed had no view of the small pull out tv, so this was really just a cramped crash pad for the night and is the lowest priced room at the hotel for good reason. We paid $324 for one night in march. , The hotel however is very nice and clean, the location is great, close to theaters, walking to covent garden. If you are a family traveling peak season I would go a couple tube stops further out to get better value unless you have cash to burn. "

"Room was clean but very very small. I had expected small but the photo showed a quuen roo.with a small desk & chair this room had nowhere to sit other than the bed which was crammed in so tight that only one person could sit at a time. We didnt have breakfast but it looked nice. Staff who booked us in were very good "
