"I stayed on the 3rd floor...no lift! Room was a good size. Bathroom was a tad shabby and there was no plug, not good for people like me who wear contact lenses!. Only one iron and board to share with all the other rooms! Its very convenient to Earls Court tube but unfortunately its right by a busy main road thats noisy right through the night. Bed wasn't particularly great. No Air con or fan."

"My experience of the hotel was really good. Great value for money, really good location. The hotel is clean and the room was a decent size, we had a twin set of beds, shared the room with my son we were visiting for a show. And there was bags of space between the beds, whilst also being a compact room. All in good working order. The only cons but the pros outweigh them, is the beds are incredibly soft which may suit some people, I prefer a firmer mattress. It's also incredibly hot in the rooms...

"This is a wonderful hotel. The rate was very reasonable, so we were not expecting too much. To say we were agreeably surprised would be a major understatement. The room (both bedroom and bathroom) was spotless and nicely appointed, and the temperature was perfect. It got to freezing outside but we were always comfortable. The neighbourhood is very quiet and very safe: we walked back from the tube after 10 pm with no hint of any problem. The Gloucester Rd tube station is only about 5 minutes...

"- Bedbugs infestation - do not go to this hotel. - I was at the hotel for 3 nights and changed rooms 3 times. I captured the bugs in a bag and showed receptionists and management, the bugs, and my bites all over my body. They disregarded my complaint and refused me a refund. The manager refused to speak to me and would only communicate through reception staff. The hotel is dirty and had to throw clothes and suitcase away because it was ridden with bugs. Terrible, disgusting. My bites are all...
