"The quality of the hotel was completely fantastic, clean and modern, I really had a home feeling using this apartment. I would recommend this a hundred percent. Maybe the check in time 15:00 might be to late for some, I'd advise more flexibility with check-in's for example check in times can be at 10:00 or 11:00 am. That's about it :) "

"Hotel was falsely advertised, looked nothing like the pictures. Place still looked like it was undergoing construction. Cables and wires hanging off the ceiling, and the room we was supposed to get, somebody was already living in it. We didn’t feel safe staying there because it looks like all the people working here had access to ever room and could just walk in."

"I stayed here for several nights while exploring London and taking day trips to Cambridge and Windsor as part of an Expedia package that included my flight at a reasonable price. The concierge staff were efficient and friendly, and housekeeping serviced the room each day. One thing I noticed was that the window was left open each evening when I returned to the room, which I didn't realize until I heard some outside noise. The room was clean and fairly spacious. There were plenty of USB-A outlets available for charging devices, both at the work desk and beside the bed. The bed was mostly comfortable, though I still had a bit of trouble adjusting to the time difference. The TV had several channels but no streaming options. The bathroom is located right by the entrance, so if someone is using it while another person needs to leave the room, it may feel a bit awkward. A safe was available in the closet next to the sink. Temperature control was easy to adjust, and the room included all the basic amenities. A small refrigerator kept drinks cool. Breakfast on the first floor was included and offered plenty of options, so it was easy to start the morning well. The dining hall can become crowded later in the morning, but seating was generally available. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and would recommend this hotel to travelers looking for a quiet and convenient place to stay."
