Near a great location

Well maintained property with regulated. Even though the property is situation in a housing association estate, it is ideally situated for access to Edgware Road shops and tube

Centrally located comfort

Located in housing estate by Church Street market within walking distance of Edgware Road and tube. clean, well kept property. The only issue is the front door being left unlocked by other guests.

Cozy, warm, and quiet

I love the room I booked very much. It was cozy, econimical, and very quiet at night. Besides, when I had any problems, the landlord could help me solve them in real time. Highly recommend it.

It is good value for money. It is not the best area and the rooms are quite small but for the closeness to the centre of London and the money per day, it is good value for money. You are unlikely to get better for less.

Grendon room was okay. Positives- Clean, secure, warm, good link to public transport, shops, restaurant. Negatives- Could do with some redecorations (lots and wear and tear around the room and bathroom), there was no tea & coffee provided (may have run out), the bed was uncomfortable. Overall decent stay but could have been better.

Convenient location. Nice to have an en suite bathroom. Easy communication and very flexible. The shared kitchen is fully stocked and convenient. A few nights the neighbors were yelling out front and it felt a bit unsafe. The area is fenced in so it was frustrating if you had to leave earlier or get back later than whatever time they locked up the pedestrian gates and have to find a new route to the flat.

It is not correct description on your app. You put that it is triple appartment sharing bathroom . But really we get one room without bathroom and in 2 other rooms was another guest . It is very dangerous because my wife alone has to share bathroom with 2 unknown men !!!!

This property was more like a hostel than a hotel, which is what I expected when I made the reservation. But I loved having a full kitchen to use, laundry on-site. Most rooms had a private, but adjoining the room, not en suite. My room was the largest, and did have an en suite bathroom. Cleaning only prior to arrival, and my stay was 2 weeks. But I liked the diverse, family oriented (therefore it felt safe), and the proximity to many transportation options, including a short walk to 2 underground stations, and numerous bus routes. And even though the property manager wasn't on-site, she was very accessible.
