Despite being past its prime, this is still a five star property based on the staff, services, amenities and facilities. Everyone is 100% dedicated to the guest’s needs.
The rooms and entire look and feel need a serious refresh, and we understand that is on the way. The restaurants are a bit hit and miss, but there are plenty of options and the breakfast and dinner buffets give everyone choices. And the location is perfect for Ginza shopping away from the intensity of the much busier Shirabuya.
