The amenities are absolutely incredible, the staff are kind and accommodating, the room is small but cozy. The location is superb being right out of shopping streets and so close to Ueno Station and Ueno Park. Fantastic place that I would love to stay again!

First Dormy stay. Cool concept/group. Great staff. Extensive Japanese breakfast. Guest laundry colocated with onsen area. Unlike most of Japan, neighborhood is actually fairly dirty with lots of street trash. That said, great restaurants, shopping of all kinds all around the hotel; and, location is superb for accessing transit throughout the city as well as for day trips via Ueno station, and, access to Ueno Park for green space and museums.
